Pilates Reforming Long Island is an integrative approach to fitness. Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, a full body exercise program is designed connecting and developing the mind, body and spirit.
Our Certified Pilates Instructors and Personal Trainers have the knowledge to design programs to meet specific modifications and address medical concerns.
Our goal is to increase strength while improving balance coordination and flexibility of the spine. A variety of light weights and specialized Pilates equipment are used in progressive stages to achieve maximum results.

Small group training using a lightweight piece of Pilates equipment designed to stretch and strengthen the spine.
This class is based on the principles of Joseph Pilates and will develop a strong stable and flexible core.
A blend of Pilates exercises including all apparatus and focusing on safety throughout all stages of pregnancy.
The Tower is used in conjunction with mat exercises to create a full body exercise routine.
